We try our hardest to collect your orders as soon as they come through, however there is always the chance that the product could sell in store before we can collect it. In this case we will endeavour to ascertain another product for you, otherwise a full refund will be given and you will be notified immediately.

  • FREE SHIPPING OPTION

We offerFREEStandard Shipping on all orders throughout NZ. These are dispatched through Post Haste Couriers. Once your order has been processed, the parcel should be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days. If you are rural, please allow for an additional 2-3 working days.

  • PO BOX SHIPPING OPTION 

If you would like to opt for PO BOX delivery, there is a$15 chargefor this service. We send these orders through Courier Post. Once your order has been process, the parcel should be expected to arrive within 1-3 working days. 

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION

We offer world wide shipping through our online store. We send these orders through DHL. 
There is a $25NZD shipping fee for Australia and a $50NZD shipping fee for the rest of the world. Once your order has been processed, the parcel should be expected to arrive within 3-5 working days.

  

  • INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Wendys Boutique insures each parcel during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Wendys Boutique, and the responsibility passes to you.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. We do not dispatch over the weekends or on public holidays, any purchases made after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following week subject to any holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

 

  • LAYBY 

(Please note this is an in store only service)

Your layby is valid for a 6 week period. The due date will appear on your docket.

Your layby and any garments included in your layby can not be collected until your layby is paid in full. Wendy’s Boutique or Tilda will contact you either by phone or letter to advise you when your layby is due. You can make payments in-store, over the phone or by direct debit into our BNZ account 02 0466 0333018 00
You can cancel your Layby at any time. If you wish to cancel your layby we will deduct a $30 cancellation fee. If applicable we will also deduct the loss of value. The loss in value is the difference between the cost of the garment when the layby was started and the price the garment at the cancelation date (if it were to go into sale).

 

  •  GIFT VOUCHERS

Our gift vouchers expire 12 months from date of issue. Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and no change can be given. Gift cards can only be redeemed upon presentation. Please treat this card as cash as lost or stolen cards can not be replaced or refunded. Your gift card can be redeemed in full or as part payments. 
This card can be redeemed at Wendys Boutique or Tilda. If you wish to spend your voucher online please contact our office team.

If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange. Please package the garment and have it returned to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact. We will process your return promptly on its arrival. Unfortunately, if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to issue a refund.

If you wish to return any item purchased, the cost of the return is not covered by Wendys Boutique LTD. This is at your own cost. However if you wish to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of sending the new garment provided you have supplied a standard shipping address.

  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY 

If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange. Please package the garment and have it returned to us within 20 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact. We will process your return promptly on its arrival. Unfortunately, if it is later than 20 days your return may be declined. Please note that failure to contact us will make you liable for any charges incurred from your return.

If you wish to return any item purchased, the cost of the return is not covered by Wendys Boutique LTD. This is at your own cost. If you wish to exchange your item, there will be an additional international shipping fee to send this to you; $25NZD for Australia and a $50NZD for the rest of the world.

  • SALE RETURNS POLICY 

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept online returns on sale items reduced by 50% or more, as this is clearance stock and all purchases made at this discount are final.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on any sale items purchased in store. We advise you take the opportunity to try these garments on, as these purchases are final. 

Any online order on garments reduced up to 49% can be returned for a for a full refund or exchange. Please package the garment and have it returned to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact. We will process your return promptly on its arrival. Unfortunately, if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to issue a refund.

  • FAULTY RETURNS 

If you have a found a garment to have a flaw or a fault please contact us immediately with images and we will endeavour to repair, replace, or refund the garment as soon as possible.

Please find and read the relevant returns policy (listed above) before continuing on to the next step. 

  1. Please be sure to contact us BEFORE sending any returns back. You can then courier your item back using the steps below, or deliver it in store to either Wendys Boutique or Tilda once your return has been approved by our office team.

  3. Please take care to package your return, and we would love for you to re-use the box that your order arrived in. Please include your returns form and proof of purchase.
     
  4. ADDITIONAL STEP FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: We have included a sticker with your order to make your returns a little bit easier. Please attach this sticker to your parcel along with a copy of your original invoice and your customs document, to avoid delays.

  6. All returns are to be sent back via a tracked express courier service.

Please Unfortunately the unexpected can occur and we are unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We expect you to use a courier service, please do not use a standard post as this option is not trackable and can take too long to arrive back which can affect your refund. We will not be held responsible for any returns that fail to make it to us. Any charges incurred through a return will be deducted from your refund. Any courier fee is the responsibility of the customer, we will not refund the costs of the courier.
