We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Online Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a strong eye for detail, and a genuine love for fashion.

About the Role

The Online Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of our online sales operations. From order fulfillment and customer service to courier management and uploading new stock to our online store. You’ll ensure that our customers receive the seamless shopping experience we are known for, while supporting other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all online sales orders — printing, picking, packing, and dispatching daily.
Coordinate with multiple courier companies, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues or missing parcels.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to phone calls and email enquiries.
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently; manage restocks and product availability updates.
Handle stock transfers between stores, including daily trips for new arrivals, online sales, and customer requests.
Assist the Web Designer in uploading and updating new products on the website.
Complete end-of-month reporting.
Support the Stock Manager and Buying Team with deliveries and purchase orders as needed.
Participate in in-store sales when required to support the wider retail team.
Reorder shipping supplies and liaise with the Designer about packaging materials and marketing inserts.

Skills & Experience

Essential: Experience in a fashion retail environment.
Essential: Proficiency in Shopify and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred: Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and Retail Express.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for fashion and presentation.
Must hold a full driver’s license and have access to a car (mileage allowance provided when personal car is needed for stock transfers).
