RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please read our Terms & Conditions on DELIVERY & SHIPPING and RETURNS & EXCHANGES carefully before placing any orders on www.wendysboutique.co.nz. We recommend that you keep a copy of these policies for future reference.
If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to issue a refund.
If you wish to return any item purchased the cost of the return is not covered by Wendys Boutique Ltd, this is at your own cost. However if you wish to exchange your item we will cover the cost of sending the new garment to you.
We will accept Returns on sale items reduced up to 60% off. We can not accept returns on sale items reduced by 60% or more, as this is clearance stock and all purchases made at this discount are final.
If you have a found a garment to have a flaw or a fault please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the garment as soon as possible.
Please be sure to contact us BEFORE sending any return back. You can then courier your item back or deliver it in store to either Wendys Boutique or Tilda.
If you are in love with your garment but are not quite happy with the size or colour we won’t hesitate to try and exchange your garment. If we don't have your size or colour available we will process a full refund for you.
SIMPLE STEPS TO RETURN
1. Fill in the returns form included with your order
2. Please take care to package your return, and we would love you to re-use the box that your order arrived in. Include your returns form and proof of purchase.
3. FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. We have included a sticker with your order to make your returns a little bit easier. Please attach this sticker to your parcel along with a copy of your original invoice and your customs document, to avoid delays. Returns are to be sent back via a tracked courier service. If your return does not arrive back to us within 20 days from when you originally received the parcel, your refund may be declined.

5. Please choose a trackable shipping method! Unfortunately the unexpected can occur and we are unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We expect you to use a courier service, please do not use a standard post as this option is not trackable and can take too long to arrive back which can affect your refund.
You will not incur an additional fee when you use Laybuy as your payment method however if you wish to return a purchase made using Laybuy a 5% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover services fees incurred from Laybuy Limited. This 5% Fee is inclusive of GST and will be deducted from the total purchase cost of the items being returned. This fee will not be incurred if you wish to exchange your return.
Laybuy operates as its own company and any payment queries are to be directed to them.
