Delivery, Returns, Layby & Appro Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We will accept returns for change of mind purchases (excluding sale items), the customer will be refunded on the return of the garment. When returning women's fashion and other items we would appreciate if you could provide details of the reason why you wish to return your item. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or should you receive any item not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a refund denied. All shoes should be tried on in a carpeted area before wear. Any women's fashion garments with special care instructions should be handled with extra care to prevent any damage occurring. You must return purchases with supporting documentation and in original condition, with all labels and swing tags still attached up to 7 days from purchase date. Items returned without a receipt or after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be refunded unless you have contacted us and we have consented to the late return or missing receipt. Returns from Australia and all other international will be accepted up to 20 days from the date of purchase. We require you to use a track and trace courier as the safest option for returns, do not use a postal service. We will not be held responsible for any returns that fail to make it to us. Any charges incurred through a return will be deducted from your refund. Any courier fee is the responsibility of the customer, we will not refund the costs of the courier.
We have endeavored to display accurately the colours of our women's fashion items and products appearing in our online store, however, due to colour variations in computer monitors we cannot guarantee the colours displayed will be completely accurate.
Any International returns need to contact Wendys Boutique before sending back a return. We will not be liable for any customs surcharges or any other fees. Please email email@example.com and wait for a reply BEFORE sending. Failure to contact us may result in your return being sent back to you again and you will be held liable for any customs surcharges.
You will not incur and additional fee when you use Laybuy as your payment method however if you wish to return a purchase made using Laybuy a 5% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover services fees incurred from Laybuy Limited. This 5% Fee is inclusive of GST and will be deducted from the total purchase cost of the items being returned.
This fee will not be incurred if you wish to exchange your return.
Laybuy operates as its own company and any payment queries are to be directed to them.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
We will exchange a garment for a different size (excluding sale items). If an alternative size is not available we will offer your preference of exchanging for another garment or a full refund. For exchanges we recommend you email us with details of your request at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your re-order. Any exchanges made will be charged for postage. Exchanges sent within New Zealand will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $7.00. Exchanges sent to Australia will be charged a flat rate of $15.00. Exchanges sent internationally will be charged a flat rate of $25.00. The exchange will not be processed until we have received the original garment back.

Garments available on our online store are also available for purchase in our Boutique. Please be aware that we try our hardest to keep our website as accurate as possible but if for any reason we can not fulfill an order we will contact you as soon as we can and you will receive a full refund. Delivery & Shipping
All New Zealand orders of women's fashion and accessories will be delivered within 2-3 working days. All orders within New Zealand will be free of delivery charges, however for any exchanges once the original order has been sent, the customer will be charged for postage. All orders to Australia will be delivered within 5-10 working days. All other international orders will be delivered within 10 working days. Overseas orders to Australia will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $15.00. International orders will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $25.00. Any exchanges sent within New Zealand will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $7.00. Items can only be sent to a physical address, no PO boxes or private bags.
Once you have placed an order it cannot be cancelled. If however you are not satisfied with your order, for any reason, please contact us on (07) 578 2867 International 00 64 7578 2867.
Goods are faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantee Act to provide a remedy. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
All prices displayed in our online store are represented in New Zealand currency (NZD). Prices are inclusive of New Zealand government goods and services tax, (GST), of 15%. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for legitimate purposes at any time. Sale prices may vary on items between our online store and our in-store boutique. Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand. All custom and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We use the secure hosted payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The hosted payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience. If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about Wendys Boutique Women's Clothing Online shopping terms and conditions before you register to use this site or any of this sites service. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.

Layby (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN IN STORE ONLY SERVICE AND NOT RELATED AT ALL TO LAYBUY)
Your layby is valid for a 6 week period. The due date will appear on your docket.
Your layby and any garments included in your layby can not be collected until your layby is paid in full. Wendy’s Boutique or Tilda will contact you either by phone or letter to advise you when your layby is due. You can make payments in-store, over the phone or by direct debit into our BNZ account 02 0466 0333018 00
Your Appro is for 24 hours only. All garments must come back in original condition with all labels and tags attached. The items you have taken home are NOT sold to you. If you live out of town we would appreciate if you could phone and let us know your decision as soon as possible.
Our gift cards expire 12 months from date of issue. Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit and no change can be given. Gift cards can only be redeemed upon presentation. Please treat this card as cash as lost or stolen cards can not be replaced or refunded. Your gift card can be redeemed in full or as part payments
This card can be redeemed at Wendys Boutique in Tauranga or Tilda in Mt Maunganui.
Gift cards can be used to make payments on existing laybys or as a deposit if you wish to start a new one.
