UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING COVID

Please read our Terms & Conditions on DELIVERY & SHIPPING and RETURNS & EXCHANGES carefully before placing any orders on www.wendysboutique.co.nz.
We recommend that you keep a copy of these policies for future reference.

Please note products advertised on our website are available in store as well. We try our hardest to collect your orders as soon as they come through, however there is always the chance that the product could sell in store before we can collect it. In this case we will endeavour to ascertain another product for you otherwise a full refund will be given and you will be notified immediately.
 
 

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

Wendys Boutique insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Wendys Boutique, and the responsibility passes to you.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. We do not dispatch over the weekends or on public holidays, any purchases made after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following week subject to any holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.


OVERNIGHT (TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE

As our online stock sits across multiple stores we can not always meet this overnight service. Any orders placed after 12pm* on weekdays, on a Friday or before a public holiday will not be able to make it to you overnight. We can not offer an overnight service to any rural areas. If any of these apply to you we will contact you immediately and process a refund for your additional delivery fee.
*orders placed after 12pm may still make an overnight service depending on which store the garments are located.

FREE SHIPPING OPTION

We offer FREE Shipping throughout NZ and these are dispatched through Post haste and can be tracked here: http://www.posthaste.co.nz/tracktrace.html
Your parcel should be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days and if you are rural an additional 2-3 working days.
 
 

PO BOX SHIPPING OPTION

We have an $15 shipping fee for PO Box Delivery and these are dispatched through Courier Post. Your parcel should be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days. Please note this cannot always be guaranteed and we always endeavor to get your parcels to you safely as soon as possible. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION 

Orders to Australia are charged $25, all other International Orders are charged $50.
Our International Parcels are dispatched through DHL and can be tracked here: http://www.dhl.co.nz/en/express/tracking.html
International parcels can be expected within 3-5 working days.
